01 — Round the Clock

Someone's always up.

The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, every day — which matters more than it sounds when your train gets in at two in the morning or your cab leaves at five.

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged on request, subject to the room being free.

02 — Arriving

Park, and take the lift.

Parking at the hotel is free, and a lift runs to every floor, so there is no hauling bags up the stairs. The hotel is right on Ambala Road opposite V-Mart, by the Clock Tower — easy to find, and easy to give a driver directions to.

Full power backup keeps the lift, lights and geysers running through any outage.

03 — Dining

Room service, and a kitchen.

There is an in-house kitchen and room service to the door. Breakfast, half board and all-inclusive meal plans can be added when you book, so the food is sorted before you arrive.

Outside food isn't permitted in the rooms without prior permission from the management.

04 — Couples & Families

Everyone's welcome.

Uttam Heritage is couple friendly: guests over 18 are welcome with valid photo ID, and reception won't make it awkward. Deluxe and Executive Rooms sleep up to four, for families in town for a function.

Children under five stay free using existing bedding. An extra floor mattress can be added on request, at a charge.

05 — Safety

Safe, and seen to.

CCTV covers the property, every floor has fire extinguishers and smoke detectors, and there is first aid at the front desk. Valid photo ID is required from every guest at check-in — no exceptions.

Daily housekeeping and a laundry service keep the rooms fresh through a longer stay.

06 — In the Room

Work, wash, sleep.

Every room has an attached bathroom with a geyser, a shower and hot and cold water, fresh towels and a toiletries kit. There is a TV in every room — a smart TV in the Executive Rooms — a wardrobe, a mirror, and WiFi throughout.

The Standard A/C, Deluxe and Executive Rooms are the ones to choose in the summer months.

House Rules

The short version.

Nothing here should surprise you at the desk. The full policy is shown again on the booking page before you pay.

  • Check-in is 12:00 PM, check-out is 11:00 AM.
  • Valid photo ID is required for every guest — no check-in without it.
  • Unmarried couples are welcome, above 18 years of age with valid ID.
  • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Strict non-smoking policy; a ₹5,000 cleaning fee applies for violations.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Children under 5 stay free using existing bedding.
  • Cancellation terms depend on your rate plan; no-shows forfeit the reservation amount.
